I live in South Africa, and own a 96 Yamaha FZR 750 Genesis. Can anyone tell me what fuel and oil it uses pls?
good quality unleaded fuel, min 91 octane, any good quality 10w/40 engine oil. Do not use car type muti grade oils. Car oils have friction inhibitors which may affect the wet clutch found on bikes.

TomTom Live service in spain?
hello i just brought the tom-tom 950 live but i live in spain but the live service doesn’t work in spain so if the any chance that tom-tom will do the live service in the future LINKS PROVIDE
I bought a garmin europe, when i went to spain with it all i got was “go to highlighted road and recalculating”

Garmin 765 or TomTom 930? Which car gps system is the best of the two? ?
I don’t care about their price difference
Garmin gives the better directions and fastest routes, and they have updated mapping software. Tom-Tom uses Tele Atlas, which is dependable, but often steers you in the wrong direction. I’d go with the Garmin. You should read this article and then decide.

TomTom GO 920(T) HELP?
Does anyone know what the maximum sized memory card you can use with a TomTom GO 920(T)?
Also does anyone know what will happen if you use a larger size?
And finally anyone with this model having trouble setting up being able to receive text messages via the tomtom?
Please help.
I use a 4GB SanDisk ultra 2, SCHD, they say(TomTom) they don’t accept or their not compatible with the SCHD card but after reading numerous users with no complaints using a variety of not recommended cards I thought I would give it a try , and it works, the forum that I go to for most of my TomTom advice is the TomTom USA forum http://www.tomtomforums.com/ have a look and you can find out alot more stuff about your TomTom ……………Ren

TomTom 520..How can i tell if i have the latest “detailed” map?
My totom 520 came with the “United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland”
I downloaded (from TomTom -Home) The “detailed” map of United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
How can i tell if it is installed on my unit?
Is there a “version number” that corresponds to the standard map and detailed map?
Christmas is just around the corner and i have to get the most updated info, so all of you nice boys and girls get the right presents!!
IF you have a GARMIN why have you not spelt it correctly?
(just a thought!)
i got a tom tom and it was total c**p i changed it for a garman nuvi 100% better my tom tom just kept freezing and sending me all over the place
